Rules for using our trademarks
eBiziner® is a legally registered brand name. Our name, logo, and related brand assets (collectively referred to as the “eBiziner Marks”) are core components of our identity and reputation. These include, but are not limited to eBiziner®, eBiziner Partner™, eBiziner Academy™, eBiziner Freelancer™, eBiziner Market™, eBiziner Store™, Our logo and any associated designs.
These guidelines are here to help you understand:
Our goal is to ensure the brand is respected and accurately represented, while still allowing freedom to mention compatibility, support, or references to our open and collaborative ecosystem.
Please note:
Trademarks protect our brand name, logo, and visual identity.
Even if you legally use or share any of our open content, you may not use our name, logo, or brand style as your own or imply partnership unless explicitly permitted.
You may use the eBiziner name (in plain text only, not the logo) to:
Say that you are experienced with or have expertise in eBiziner.
Unless you have written permission from us, do not:
Register a domain name that includes “eBiziner” or any confusingly similar variation. Examples: eBizinerHost.com, eBizinerThemes.net, MyEbizinerPro.app
You may state compatibility using phrases such as:
Training available for eBiziner tools
Your own brand must be clear and separate. Example: “WebStarter – Compatible with eBiziner”
Not allowed: “eBizinerStarter”
Never use our name as a prefix, suffix, or internal part of your product name.
You may not use the eBiziner logo, icons, illustrations, or other visual assets unless we have provided them with permission and proper usage instructions
When you reference our name, please:
Credit us with: “eBiziner and its associated designs are registered trademarks of eBiziner Inc.”
Any goodwill generated by your use of our brand benefits eBiziner Inc. exclusively.

Here are examples of how you may and may not use a certain Ebiziner Marks.

You may use the eBiziner name in non-commercial educational content that promotes understanding of our tools or services, as long as the name is used only to refer to eBiziner.
E.g., “Free webinar on using eBiziner to build a business site.” | Do not use the name eBiziner or our logo to directly sell or redistribute our own tools or content.
E.g., You may not resell eBiziner-branded templates or plugins using our brand name. |
You may use the word “eBiziner” in a domain name that has nothing to do with websites, digital services, or our brand and does not suggest affiliation.
E.g., “eBizStory.com” may be allowed if the content is unrelated to our field. | Do not use “eBiziner” or anything confusingly similar in a domain name related to our services.

You may state that you are experienced in using eBiziner or that you build with it.
E.g., “We have extensive experience working with eBiziner tools.” | Do not call yourself an “eBiziner Expert™” or “Certified by eBiziner” unless formally approved through our official programs.
E.g., Saying “Ali Web Studio is an eBiziner Expert” is not allowed unless officially authorized. |
If you have permission to use any eBiziner Marks, please follow these rules:
Use the exact name: The eBiziner Marks should be used in their exact, most up-to-date form, which you can find here. Always use “eBiziner” and other marks in their full, correct form. Do not shorten, modify, or combine them with other words. They should neither be abbreviated nor combined with other words, or amended in any way. The eBiziner mark should always use a capital “B” in “eBiziner”
Use trademark symbols: Use the ® symbol for registered marks like eBiziner®, and the ™ symbol for unregistered marks like eBiziner Academy™ on first or most prominent use.
Give credit: Include this line near your first mention of the mark or in your site footer:

Any goodwill generated belongs entirely to eBiziner Inc.
